The Indian streetwear market was broken. On one end, mass-produced designs that prioritized quantity over quality, aesthetics over meaning, trend-chasing over timelessness. On the other end, international brands priced out of reach for the generation that needed them most. Somewhere in between, young people were left searching for clothing that actually meant something—garments that felt like an extension of identity rather than just fabric with graphics.
I started StreetGen because I couldn't find what I was looking for. As a young founder navigating the space between adolescence and adulthood, I needed streetwear that matched the complexity of that journey—pieces that acknowledged the chaos, ambition, rebellion, and self-awareness of our generation without reducing it to empty slogans or borrowed aesthetics. I needed clothing that felt honest.
StreetGen exists to bridge that gap—to bring American streetwear sensibility to India at a price point that respects both quality and accessibility. We operate in the 1k-5k range not because we're cutting corners, but because we believe meaningful design shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the few. Every piece is crafted with intention: premium cotton, durable construction, graphics rooted in psychology and culture rather than fleeting trends.
