Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping timeline is 7–15 business days. Your order is expected to be delivered within this timeframe.

Express Shipping

You may choose Express Shipping for an additional charge of ₹99.

Please Note: Express Shipping prioritizes your order for dispatch. However, delivery timelines still depend on courier service availability. While most Express orders are delivered within 3–4 business days, delays may occur, and delivery can take 7 or more days in certain cases.

Order Processing & Cancellation

We will dispatch your order within a maximum of 15 days from the date of purchase.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 15 days, it will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (for prepaid orders). Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Courier Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider after dispatch.

Lost Shipments

In the unfortunate event that a prepaid order is lost by the courier partner, compensation will be limited to the amount covered under the courier partner's shipping insurance policy. We will not be liable to reimburse an amount exceeding the insurance claim approved by the courier service.
